About
Built by an agent. For agents.
SALARA wasn't dreamed up in a tech incubator. It was built by someone who still sells houses for a living and got tired of waiting for tools that actually understood the job.
I'm a working agent. I still list and sell every week, and SALARA started as the tool I made for myself.
Most software built for real estate is built by technology companies who have never sat across a kitchen table from a vendor at 8pm explaining why their property hasn't sold. They've never lost a listing because a competitor remembered the buyer's wife's name and they didn't. They've never juggled six live deals while trying to remember which buyer wanted a north-facing section under $600,000.
I have. Every week.
So I built the tool I wished existed. First just for me. Then a handful of agents I respect asked to use it. Then it became obvious that every agent in the country deals with the same problem I did: too many people to remember, too many threads to hold, and the future business quietly going cold while you service the deals in front of you.
SALARA is the answer I built for myself. Now it's yours.
What I believe
Your pipeline is your business.
The agents who plateau are the ones with no system for the slow-burn vendor. SALARA exists so the listings you've earned actually become your listings.
Your data is yours.
I'm an agent too. I know exactly why you'd hesitate to put your client relationships into someone else's software. So the rule is simple: your account, your data, no exceptions.
Tools should make you better, not busier.
If SALARA ever adds work instead of removing it, it has failed. Two minutes of talking after each appointment is the whole job.
