No other agent can see your contacts, your conversations, or your pipeline. Ever. There is no shared pool, no cross-agent visibility, nothing of yours that anyone else can reach.

You control your own connections.
You connect your own CRM with your own credentials, and you can revoke that access yourself at any time. SALARA never holds keys you didn’t give it and can’t keep anything you’ve taken back.

Nobody at SALARA reads your data.
Our written policy is that no staff member accesses an individual agent’s data without your explicit consent, and then only to fix a problem you’ve asked us to fix.

You can leave with everything.
Cancel any time and take your data with you. Lock-in is not a business model we respect.
I'm a working agent, and some of the agents using SALARA compete with me. I built it this way because I'd never connect my own client base to a platform that didn't make these commitments, and I won't ask you to either. The separation between SALARA the company and me the agent is total: I can't see your data, and you can't see mine.
These commitments are how SALARA is built, and we're putting them in writing in our terms, not just on this page.
