Account deletion
This page explains how to delete your account for the SALARA app, provided by Outcome Labs Limited. Salara accounts are created and administered by your real estate agency, so deletion works by request — it takes one email.
How to request deletion
Email hello@salara.io with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address your account is registered under. We'll confirm the request and let your agency know the seat is closing. No justification needed.
What gets deleted
Within 30 days of your request we delete from our production systems: your account and profile, your conversations with Salara (including voice transcripts), the assistant's memory about you, your connected email and calendar tokens, your push notification registration, and your analytics identifiers. Everything then leaves our backup rotation within a further 30 days.
What isn't deleted
Records your agency owns — its CRM-synced properties, contacts and sales data — belong to the agency and stay with it; deleting your account removes your access to them, not the records themselves. We may also keep the minimal records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Before you go
If you only want to disconnect your email or calendar, you can do that in the app's settings at any time — the tokens are deleted immediately and your account stays. For anything else, see our Privacy Policy or just ask at hello@salara.io.
